PROJECT MANAGEMENT

Farfalla has introduced the engineering concept of 'project management' into the importing process.  The introduction of this concept has resulted in a service-oriented company which has invested heavily in modern technology in order to ensure the successful completion of each of these five stages.
The implementation of IOPM places a responsibility on Farfalla to work in harmony with our customers. 

The 'project' starts with us defining with our customer what the needs of the project entail.  From this point on we identify, we monitor, and we report on all aspects of the project.  We work with the manufacturers on production planning, the accredited laboratories on safety testing, the shipping companies and freight forwarders to consolidate cargo.  In other words this 'project management' concept enables us to manage everything involved with overseas sourcing. The net result is that our customers can continue to source overseas through Farfalla with confidence, in the knowledge that we will take care of all the details for them.
